Book of Maniac 500 is a high-volatility, 5-reel, 10-payline Book slot with wins of up to 500,000x the bet, set in a deserted campsite. It is the first dedicated exclusive from Just Slots, built with 500 Casino and playable only at 500 Casino from 6 October 2026.
What is Book of Maniac 500?
Book of Maniac 500 takes the classic “Book of” format somewhere darker. It keeps the format’s signature expanding symbols and Free Spins, then adds a multiplier that grows every time the feature retriggers. The setting is a deserted campsite, and the maximum win is 500,000x the bet.
Where can you play Book of Maniac 500?
Only at 500 Casino. It is the first game Just Slots has made as a dedicated exclusive: built for one casino’s players and offered in no other lobby. Read why operators are asking for exclusive games.
How does the Special Expanding Symbol work?
Any spin in the base game can trigger a Special Expanding Symbol. Before the reels stop, a symbol can be selected at random and given a multiplier of up to 100x. If that symbol forms a winning combination, it expands to pay across all 10 paylines without needing to land on adjacent reels, and the multiplier is applied to what it pays.
How do you trigger Free Spins?
Land three, four or five Wild symbols to open the Book on 10 Free Spins. An expanding symbol and a starting multiplier are chosen before the feature begins, and more Wilds raise the floor:
- 3 Wilds: 10 Free Spins with a random expanding symbol and starting multiplier
- 4 Wilds: a starting multiplier of at least 2x
- 5 Wilds: a starting multiplier of at least 10x
What do the Gamble Wheels do?
Before Free Spins start, players can accept the feature as awarded or try to improve it on one of three Gamble Wheels. The wheels can upgrade the expanding symbol, the starting multiplier, or both. A losing gamble forfeits the feature and returns play to the base game.
How do the Free Spins multipliers build?
During Free Spins, two or more Wilds award extra spins and add a new multiplier of up to 100x to the one already in play. Each retrigger raises the multiplier applied to expanding symbol wins, so the feature gets stronger the longer it runs.
What Bonus Buys does Book of Maniac 500 have?
Three themed Bonus Buys give direct entry to Free Spins, and HotSpin Ember raises the chance of triggering the feature on a normal spin:
- Stalker: 150x the base bet
- Slasher: 500x the base bet
- Maniac: 2,000x the base bet
- HotSpin Ember: a total stake of 3x the base bet for a higher chance of triggering Free Spins

What did Just Slots and 500 Casino say?
Book of Maniac 500 takes the classic ‘Book of’ formula somewhere far darker, with a creepy deserted campsite setting and impressive multipliers that build every time Free Spins retrigger, there really is a lot to love about this release. We are thrilled to be launching this game exclusively with 500 Casino; it gives players a distinctive addition to their lobby and demonstrates how Just Slots can bring our own creative approach to exclusive content. We’re looking forward to seeing their response when the book opens.
